Natural Acne Relief

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding deep fried and processed food, and drinking plenty of water can greatly contribute to healthy skin. Detoxifying the body with herbal remedies is also an excellent way to have a radiant looking skin.

Aromatherapy may help to keep skin free of germs and bacteria.  You can dab a bit of tea tree oil, as well as lavender oil directly on the acne.  You may also add few drops of tea-tree oil to a face wash you use to cleanse your skin daily.  Tea tree oil and lavender have great antiseptic properties that are excellent for use on problem skin.

Several other aromatherapy oils can also be used on the skin but you need to use a little bit of caution that you are not overdoing it.  Oils such as jasmine, myrrh and sandalwood are also good choices for skin problems.  They have antibacterial or antiseptic properties that can go a long way in helping you to clear up your acne.

And one of the good methods you can use to clear acne, particularly if you have scars, is hypnotherapy. Trough programming your mind with a new blueprint of beautiful and smooth skin, you can help new radiant skin cells to replace the old and scarred ones.
